Two little kittens in the reception area. Nice and helpful staff. Heated mattress cover. Clean. Could store luggage over the day and take a shower after. Ended up extended twice. The location was fine for me, close to the bus station.(There are two stations!) Which makes it a bit of a walk into town, but hey you are in sapa for trekking ;)

It felt a bit damp and cold at times in the room( it had lots of fog when i was there). Kinda made you want to stay on the heated mattress ;). I Wouldn't have minded a small space heater.

We arrived with the night bus and were able to check in in the middle of the night. (Rang the doorbell and receptionist got up to check us in). Hotel is just a 4min walk from the bus. Room was nice and clean. Perfect for the short time we stayed in.

Bed is quite hard but was fine for the short stay
