Jätte trevlig personal, vi kände oss mycket omhändertagna under hela vistelsen! Läget var väldigt bra! Inte för långt till centrum och även möjlighet att utforska andra delar av Sa Pa.

Sängarna var tyvärr lika hårda som det stod i recensionerna. Hårda som sten.

Lovely clean hotel and the location was perfect right near the centre and the lake. We booked an extra night here as it was so good for the price. Staff was so happy to help for anything we needed. Also heated matts on the bed that can be turned on if wanted which was great for after the ha Giang loop

A lot of banging in the night but it was from other guests which isn’t the hotels fault!
