phòng rất hôi, cách âm không tốt, nghe được tiếng xe chạy ngoài đường, phòng đèn quá tối, phòng vệ sinh không có máy hút khí nên ngột ngạt , không có máy lạnh nhưng có quạt mà quạt dây điện rất ngắn
