Hotel d'époque très confortable, vue sur le village. salle de jeux (ping pong) idéale pour les enfants. petit déjeuner tir top.

pas mal d'escaliers avec la valise. je n'ai pas vu l'ascenseur tout de suite.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I arrived on October 25 around 3:00 p.m. and waited at the reception until 4:00 p.m., but there was absolutely no staff present and I was unable to check in, even though my reservation was confirmed and fully paid in advance. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com, but the hotel never replied, and the amount of CHF 95 was not refunded. Booking.com simply stated that my booking was “non-refundable,” although the service was never provided at all. This is completely unacceptable and misleading to guests. If the issue is not resolved, I intend to file an official complaint for fraudulent business practices.

"Zentrales, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel"

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Thermalbad, Bus-Haltestelle Bogn Engadina direkt vor dem Haus. Zu Fuss zum Bahnhof ca. 20 Minuten. Frühstück war gut, freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel hat Charme, ist aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen - zumindest war das bei meinem Einzelzimmer so. Wenn man ein günstiges, einfaches Zimmer findet, ist man hier richtig, wenn man etwas mehr Komfort braucht, sucht man sich besser was anderes.
