Wszystko. Super hotel. Genialne jedzenia. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Inny poziom hotelarstwa / hospitality. Codziennie rano przy śniadaniu czekała „świeżo” drukowana gazetka przez recepcję z aktualną pogodą, ciekawostkami, propozycjami spędzania czasu, opisu pracowników. Darmowy mini lunch po nartach to również coś super. Fajny basen, super sauny. Usytuowanie do wyciągu, który łączy się z innymi trasami - 50 metrów. Na saunach mini przekąski, woda z czarnym bzem, woda z cytryną, herbata. Hotel czysty i zadbany. Bardzo ciekawe kolacje.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern and cozy, they could fit 2 adults, 2 kids and a cot. The quality of the food is really top and the "snack" at 3 (included in the half board) is amazing. The swimming pool is good even though it is a bit small for the size of the hotel and can get crowded. The staff is very kind. The indoor playroom is perfect for small kids. Skipass can be bought at the reception and ski rental is 2 minutes from the hotel.

the small downside is that, even though the hotel is "on the slopes" to actually reach the main ski area of Helm you need to walk 100 mt to the nearest skilift and then take a connecting slope which is not very smooth. Similarly, to get back to the hotel with the skis on you need to take a few slopes from the Helm or Croda Rossa area. It's ok for adults but maybe a bit complex with kids, especially if they need to take lessons (in that case it's easier to drive a couple of minutes and reach the main cable cars). The other detail is that the room was very warm, so we often slept with the window open.
