"Mediocre at best"

The hotel is at a great location.

I’m a disabled person, protected by ADA Federal Rules. I have a Service Dog that travels with me. This establishment doesn’t respect ADA guidelines. I wrote them a message announcing my service dog would be traveling with me. The establishment wrote back stating they would be charging extra for my service dog and further stated they would be charging extra $200 if my service dog barked. These rules are not within the ADA Guidelines. I am a senior that is living on Social Security Checks and can’t afford extra charges such the aforementioned comments.
