The location is good. It is close to a shopping mall, grocery store & public transport. The staff is very friendly & the rooms were clean. Some amenities are provided. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is not accessable to disabled people as it is located up three flights of stairs.

The apartment was clean and cozy. The wifi was strong and consistent. I thought the skylight window would annoy me but I loved it. Staff was very friendly.

A bit noisy because of the tram stop nearby
