La piscine et la vue à l’arrière ( côté montagne)

- la proximité de la route ( chambre donnant sur la route donc assez bruyant) - la décoration ( rajoutée manifestement après réalisation de la vidéo du site) - l’obligation de manger tous les matins à la même table dans un coin dans le fond de la salle et donc loin des fenêtres ( alors que d’autres tables plus agréables étaient libres mais soit déjà dressées pour le midi, soit attribuées à d’autres familles non encore réveillées - la partie restaurant sans vue vers l’extérieur avec pour seule lumière du jour une fenêtre donnant sur le hall d’entrée

- Super friendly and supporting staff - Great rooms, we were lucky and ours weren’t facing the street but the pool though (the street is very busy, we weren’t aware of HOW busy when we booked) - Everything was very clean and tidy - Great variety in the breakfast buffet - Overall location; you‘re everywhere where you would possibly like to be within 30-45min by car (bus station directly in front of the hotel as alternative)

- Mainly the screaming children that were jumping into the pool for hours and hours over days and days, from dusk til dawn; the staff could have definitely said something or at least could have put up a sign that jumping is not allowed - this is supposed to be a SPA hotel, not a „let your 5 kids go cuckoo bananas“ place; extremely disappointing that this was left unattended while all other guests wanted to relax - As already said, extremely busy and noisy street; you gotta be lucky that your room isn’t facing it - No direct connections with deals to bike rentals or tennis coaches as many hotels offer it (- No gym; we knew about this but looking back, we‘d book a hotel that at least has a treadmill or the like)

Bellissima struttura, moderna stile montagna con molto legno. Posizione stupenda... sul retro dell'Hotel, dalla piscina si può godere di una vista mozzafiato sulle dolomiti e ci si dimentica completamente di essere vicino ad una strada che comunque è piuttosto trafficata. Area Spa davvero molto bella e molto rilassante. Colazione varia e di qualità. Staff gentile e disponibile. Offerto drink a scelta di benvenuto all'arrivo. Ampio parcheggio.

Nota negativa la dimensione della nostra camera, eravamo consapevoli che fosse piccola perché al momento della prenotazione è specificata la metratura, ma durante il soggiorno ci siamo resi conto di quanto fosse ancora più piccola di quello che ci immaginavamo. (dimensioni giuste a nostro avviso per una camera singola, non per una doppia) in quanto risulta veramente difficile muoversi all'interno della stanza e trovare una sistemazione a valigie, zaini, scarpe ecc.. E anche la mancanza del bidet. Che in molte altre stanze era invece presente, e la totale mancanza di ganci per appendere gli asciugamani.

Lovely facilities, great rooms, wonderful staff. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area with amazing views and hikes.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast

The rooms are not air conditioned, and on summer days the room can be very uncomfortable ,particularly when you want to close the insulated windows to avoid the traffic noise from the street in front of many rooms. A ceiling fan or even a desk fan could help resolve this issue.

Sehr saubere, hochwertige Unterkunft. Super leckeres Frühstück.

Kein adults-only Hotel, das muss einem gerade in der Ferienzeit bewusst sein. Kann daher gerade am Pool laut werden.
