I will say the staff from management, floor staff and kitchen staff are absolutely fabulous and have been from the first day i come here would highly recommend this place once you've been i would say 99% of you would come back again and again

Can honestly say nothing

It was really quirky, but then nicest way. The pub was very busy but as the pies are absolutely first class, it’s no wonder!

We left an item of clothing, but no one was answering the phone. Eventually, Peter answered, found the jacket and posted it back at no cost! This more than made up for the phone problem.

Great location, food excellent as always and service. Good checking in facilities. Clean room with basic needs covered.

Deluxe Room. Twin beds. No hand-towel. Couldn’t get to plugs behind beds. Lamp broken. Leg on dresser bending in - looked dangerous. Light goes off in loo while you’re using it. Step down by door which you forget about. No plastic bag in waste-bin. Just lacked attention to detail but clean and serviceable.

It’s unusual and quirky. Clean throughout with helpful and informative staff and the food is great

Nothing all was A*

A quirky place to stay, great staff in the Pub beneath and the food was good. Rooms have been recently renovated too, so really warm and comfy.

Its a bit noisy, with the noise from the road, but slept fine.

Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Good food in the restaurant downstairs.

Lack of a chair in the bedroom. As there's no breakfast option, a small fridge in the room would be nice.
