Very small Awkward Bathroom. No room for Manouver. !!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I love that it's above a pub with delicious pies. It was an easy check in and check out system as well.

Using the facilities as a solo female traveller was slightly daunting as it was clear other guests were mainly men and we used shared bathrooms. The locks don't close the bathroom doors fully which made showering a little nerve-wracking. Perhaps tighter locks or a designated female only bathroom would be helpful!

The friendly welcome and service received from all the staff made us feel at home right away. We ate lunch at the pub, and the food was amazing, excellent quality ingredients at a very reasonable price. Take on the Desperate Dan challenge!

Honestly hard to find any faults.

It’s on a busy main road so it doesn’t quieten down until late. Room was fine and staff helpful and friendly. Food good value for money.

Really good people and location, the lunches and dinners available there were great, room had all the basics and was good value for the amount we paid. I don’t usually like door locks without a key, just number codes, as they are more vulnerable, but these ones worked well at least.

Motion sensor light in the bathroom was awful - the light kept going off after every minute whether in the shower or in front of the mirror, it needs a light switch. And the shower didn’t allow temperature change so was too scalding hot to be usable.
