Room was clean

1. My car was hit outside the hotel. I expected a call from the hotel to confirm the agent of the taxi car that hit me. 2. I did not get towels on the 12th ,

There was a lady cleaning at the front desk she was super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very noise all through the day and dirty we saw a huge cockroach. At night drunk people were roaming the passages and attempted to open my door. The distance mentioned on the advert is not correct it further than they said.

The only good thing about this place was the location

It was very filthy from reception to the rooms. The tv was not working and they had no wifi

Nothing it was dirty, the sheets were torn towels were very old, no cosmetics not even e glass to drink let alone of other things for tea. I never want to go there again. The place traumatised me.

The noice and also I think there are tenants because it was dirty, the place is even doggy the door handle was broken, we didn’t even feel safe, hence we cancelled the second night.

Not too far from the shopping center and the beach.

They made us wait too long even though they promised us that they'll check us in once the room is ready, and the cleanliness is not so satisfying.

The place is not good at all hence I requested a refund which I'm still waiting for. It is like a brothel not good for family. There was no electricity. The backup generator was making too much noise. There was generally too much noise from other people.
