Location was great, friendly staff, easy check in.

Room had an unpleasant, stuffy odor and no way to air room out. Mattress needs replacing. Pillows were not soft enough. Room was dusty and dirty around sink drain and bathroom door. No extra blanket in the room just a very thin comforter when the outside temp was 32 or so. We had to turn up the heat but then woke up sweating and had to turn it back down again.

"We will certainly return"

Location is within 6 minutes of where our son lives, so we stayed for the convenients as we did not want to drive home in the dark on Thanksgiving. Staff was great.

We might suggest more USB plugs for electronics. We had our tablets, phones & watches that we needed to charge. There were two on the clock.
