It’s got to many rules , but what is a home without rules . But some they can adjust a bit

The room and bed were very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom cleaned at all times; we were provided with the ironing boards and iron all the time when we needed them. No noise, and a great parking space. Our room was super clean each time we returned in the afternoons. Staff members are very friendly, especially the female security guards and the lady who cleans.

The breakfast could be better; it just did not taste as nice, but everything else was great.

very friendly staff, very helpful (the old man who does maintenance stood out for us, encouraging us to come visit again and really highlighting the nice things about the hotel.

the building outside is not inviting, could use a bit of paint, the furniture (couches to be specific) have unpleasantly looking stains, please prepare the room on time, it was annoying that we had to wait at reception for some time while they went to check if the room was ready (booking was confirmed and clearly they should have been readily expecting our arrival)

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

There were no gowns (bathrobes) No network in our room tv and WiFi not functioning
