Hotel a great location and the staff and facilities are excellent.

I liked that the hotel staff was amazingly helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and quiet. It was easy to get around. The area is new and developing - lots of construction and traffic at the moment. In a few months when the work is done, this hotel will be right in the middle of a lot of cool stuff. Would / will stay there again. Stayed for work.

Didn't really not like anything... just... felt like this was a clean, quiet, and normal new hotel. Nothing fancy or special. Traffic and taxis in the area were a struggle, though... not fault of hotel.

Super friendly and helpful staff, always very clean and well maintained. It's our preferred hotel in Sofia, the location is great, next to the mall, breakfast is also great! Looking forward to our next visit.
