La ragazza alla reception davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Lei il valore aggiunto dell'albergo. Buona scelta nella colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato che ci è stato fatto un upgrade di stanza.

Richiede sicuramente di una ristrutturazione generale.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The girl at reception was extremely kind and made a lot of effort to make us feel like welcome guests and to show that she really cared. They upgraded our room free of charge and they even paid for our taxi to the airport. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was not bad.... not great, but good enough. Happy hour in the bar every evening with free drinks and snacks was really nice. The price was very reasonable, so it was definitely good value for money.

The maintenance of the building isn't great. The elevator is very slow and bumpy. Every public area seems to have junk piled up in a corner. The bathroom needs refurbishing.

Comfortable room with two balconies. Quiet and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony.

Air conditioner is a a little bit weak for Summer temperatures

We arrived at 7.00am wanting to leave our bags while we waited for check in but instead we were offered breakfast and a room providing we were ok with a different one than we had booked - 😊. Great location, breakfast had a very good selection, the bed was comfy and the staff were wonderful.

The property is a bit tired and would be an idea to remove the rubbish from view of the dining area but overall everything was fine
