I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with this property. Upon arrival, the place did not resemble a proper hotel. It appeared to be a private house, completely dark, with no visible staff despite the listing stating a 24/7 reception. I had to call multiple times before someone answered, and the person who picked up sounded as if he had just woken up. I was then left waiting outside for about five minutes in a poorly maintained yard, with dirty dishes and leftover items scattered around. Eventually, a man appeared who seemed disoriented, was unsteady on his feet, and behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner. Inside the house, the conditions were extremely poor — there was a strong smell of cat urine, clutter everywhere, food left out, dirty dishes, and an overall sense of neglect and lack of hygiene. During our interaction, the host repeatedly made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments. Despite the situation, he kept telling me that I seemed “angry” or “tense,” asking things like “Are you upset with me?” and “You seem very tense,” which was completely unprovoked and inappropriate given that I had just been waiting outside and was being received in such conditions. He also repeatedly mentioned that I “should have been fined,” which made me feel unwelcome and pressured. Instead of a proper check-in, I was taken to a nearby apartment without any clear guidance or explanation. I was simply told to look around myself. The apartment was in very poor condition — unclean, with visible dirt and stains. The bathroom, in particular, showed clear signs of inadequate cleaning and poor hygiene. At the end of this uncomfortable interaction, the host told me that if I was satisfied, I should leave a positive review, which felt inappropriate given the overall experience. Due to the lack of hygiene, unprofessional behavior, and the uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere, I did not feel safe or able to stay overnight and decided to leave...

Що сподобалось. Старовинний будинок в центрі міста зі своєю неповторною атмосферою. Чиста білизна і зручне ліжко. Всі історичні пам'ятки і Палац НДК поруч, як і метро. Зупинка метро Палац НДК, має два виходи саме палац і на бульвар Вітоша.До речі за 80 центів можна доїхати в будь яку частину міста. Назва станцій відповідає історичним місцям та вулицям. Єдине що в метро не вивішено на станціях назву станцій по руху поїзда,як наприклад,в Київському метро,а лише кінцеві станції, але схему можна подивитись в вагонах чи інтернеті,або спитати персонал метрополітену.

Загалом все добре. Було трохи прохолодно, бо цілий день йшов дощ зі снігом, але в номері є обігрівач,так що можна було і просушити одяг і підняти температуру до необхідної.
