Stay Inn Edirne

I liked that it’s close to the centre of the city.

The walls were covered in stains, there was smacked mosquito with blood on it. The bathroom was destroyed - the sink was moving, the toilet too, it was very uncomfortable! There was a lot of dust above the bed furniture. The jug for boiling water was in dangerous condition, the cable was naked and it didn’t stop if you don’t press the button, it can boil the water forever. There was no blanket on the bed, just cover, outside was 12 degrees. The late shift on reception doesn’t understand English, I was waiting 30 minutes to give me extra toilet paper. Im very disappointed because the reviews in booking were really good but they don’t corresponded to the reality.

Only the location is good but no enough space in the parking! The worst stay that I have ever had !!! Don't book it!!!

I don't know where to start but this was the dirtiest and worst place I have ever slept and I would never visit again! If I start with the bathroom, it is the dirtiest bathroom I was disgusted to take a shower in, there was mold everywhere and it smelled horrible, none of the accessories were clean! When I tried to use the toilet I realized that the lid was broken and couldn't stay open, meaning you have to use the toilet while holding the vile lid!!! About the room: the floor was extremely dirty, the walls were stained (most likely from mold), there was no fridge, the locker was dirty, there was no mosquito net and of course the duvets and towels had stains and holes!!! When trying to sleep at night, we had to sleep with the window open because of the smell, but outside there were birds chirping all night, mosquitoes and flies coming in! This is the worst place to stay in Edirne, don't do it, the smell of mold is dangerous for your health! When I tried to talk to the girl at the reception I only got apologies and nothing changed, I told her about the dirt, about the lid. I was told there were no other available rooms to move us to at the moment, I offered to leave the key and while we were out for two hours to at least fix the dirt and the cover, she took the key and said she would show her boss. Once we got back after the walk everything was the same, the smell of mold was even stronger! THEY DID NOTHING! I wanted to escape so fast in the morning and because of that I forgot to take photos and now I'm angry at how I could have forgotten

I only spent some hours there ,it’s not a place for holidays obviously but you get what you pay for . Value for money.. ! Very kind and helpful personnel with a good knowledge of English (that’s very rare in Turkey)
