spa is the best I have ever seen in a hotel, food was great and the afternoon buffet was delicious.

you need to walk 350 mt for the ski slopes or take the ski bus. 28 euros per day for the dog is unjustified.

Our stay was perfect, clean, comfortable and I recommend the breakfast and if you stay for 2 or 3 days you enjoy the Buffet lunch and dinner. Good quality, fresh and the service was perfect.

The table that was assigned for us. It was just like school ( sitting chart) and you have to sit every time you go to restaurant at the same table!!!🥸

Great location to explore the region but particularly the Stelvio Pass. And the staff are wonderful. Particular the woman who served us in the bar. So busy but never without a smile.

I was a little disappointed at the lack of vegetarian options on the menu.

This is my regular destination, great view, nice hotel and comfortable place with amazing breakfast. For now my worse stay - which I do every year. There is huge construction outside - hotel is modernising (which is great!) but no info about it. Staff changed and unfortunately if you don’t speak Italian, hard to get anything. I had to order beer 4 times and after 30min I waited in restaurant to get one… they realized about mistake yet with few people in staff was overwhelmed.

No info about constructions in hotel. 7 PM wellness close is too early. Staff was super cconfused - 1 person was with experience, rest of a team was new and confused
