Facilidad de acceso y parking

La primera habitación que tuvimos era un horno, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Pedimos que lo revisaran y no vino nadie, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación, no salió de ellos ofrecerlo. El buffet de la mañana, simplón, baja calidad y un servicio desagradable, personal maleducado y seco. No están pendientes de reponer, tienes que pedirle las cosas. La soja debe de estar muy cara porque no la ponen ningún día, si se la pides te la dan. Y el remate fue ver que no reponen casi si no se lo pides(bajo a un buffet no considero que tenga que estar pidiendo las cosas) que debe dar igual si bajas a las 7 como si lo haces a 1h de que cierre pero el colmo es ver cómo “para no molestar” no quieres que hagan más para que no les sobre y luego ves con descaro como la camarera se lleva los restos.

Todo perfecto, tuve un pequeño problema de salud y tuve que dejar el hotel una noche antes y tuvieron el detalle de abonarme lo correspondiente a esa noche ,me pareció un muy buen detalle por su parte sin yo pedirlo El hotel la ubicación y el trato del personal más que un 10 Muchas gracias
