Reception was a bit hit and miss, but was ok

The staff are excellent and very welcoming as always. The location was perfect for what I needed. Great breakfast options available. A pleasant stay. The rooms are so spacious and the beds very comfortable.

My room had A/C which was much needed, it was a warm few days in Ireland when I was on my trip. I have previously stayed in a room without A/C and the difference it makes is substantial during warmer weather. If you get the option choose the room with A/C!

Location good, but noise from road constant and loud. Music from speakers into car park and just below our window very loud and on from early morning until late at night. Flood lights for car park on all night, so even with curtains pulled the light filled our room.

All breakfast food kept behind counters, including bread for toast. Had to ask for everything! Food very dry due to being under heat lamps. Given the noise and light factors and unpleasant breakfast, this hotel is vastly over priced, even though it has some lovely qualities.

Excellent

Myself and my friend stayed a couple of weeks ago, while the hotel is nice and clean, our room was at the front and we didn't get much sleep. It was so noisy with passing traffic it felt like we were actually in the middle of the main road, plus our TV wasn't working. We looked to speak to someone the next morning but there was no one on reception. I have to say we were very disappointed, plus it was 190 euro for 2 for 1 night, definitely not value for money.
