La ubicación para ver el festival de elefantes en Noviembre. Tiene parquing.

Al llegar no había nadie, tuve que mandar un WhatsApp a un número que estaba en recepción y esperar 10 minutos. Las instalaciones estan un poco abandonadas, hace tiempo que no le hacen un repaso. La ducha perdia agua, el lavabo estaba mojado siempre. Podría estar más limpio.

The hotel is located at a very good location - the Surin night bazaar is just outside the hotel. Most of the prime locations are at a walkable distance.

While on the outside, the hotel looks nice, it lacks a lot of basic amenities and I personally had a disappointing experience. There is no elevator in the building, so you have to carry your luggage on stairs. There is no way to communicate to the reception staff from your room - they say that they are available on WhatsApp but they don't respond. Personally, for me, the doors of the room were tricky - the locks didn't work properly. There was no soap or complimentary coffee or snacks or water bottles in the room. I had to go all the way down to the reception to convey all this. The reception said that they didn't know that these were not present in the room, which is questionable as to whether they checked and prepared everything in my room before allotting the room to me. They said they will take care of this the next day. Next day as well - I had to follow up multiple times and after two hours, the housekeeping staff provided me the soap. Since this is a mistake on their end, I think this should have been looked into urgently the next day, without the need for me to follow up. The shower was leaking, even after the technician fixed it. The rooms are not very soundproof - you can hear the noises from outside or the other rooms. There's no restaurant within the hotel so the night bazaar or 7-11 are the only options. All they provide in the room are two coffee packs and two crackers. Additionally, I felt that the staff was not very knowledgeable to give me the right information.

I have stayed here quite a few times before. Great location and good size rooms. Staff Helpful.

no lift so I found it difficult as I am older. Beds very hard although typical of regional Thailand

A Clean room with terrace and sitting area in front of your room, situated just few steps from night market and commercial heart of a town.

It's pity that there was no television signal and shower heater was broken on a cool beautiful day in Surin.

The entrance was a little dark

Location right in the center. Clean rooms. Aircon was working perfectly

Clean room, kettle, good location. The staff loaned me a phone charger.

Constant noise through the walls from the other guests until midnight. There's no soundproofing so I heard every little noise through the walls. I like to go to sleep early but that was impossible here.
