"Secure building with clean rooms and great staff."

The communication with the staff was excellent. They were able to send the city pass before one day of my arrival after I kindly asked. The receptionists were kind and helpful, especially Chiara. Thank you for everything. The cleanliness of the room was better than any hotel I’ve been to. I was unsure of the safety and cleanliness because it was a hostel but as soon as I arrived I’ve seen nothing but a qualified facility. 1st floor was really enjoyable with a buffet, games, and books. The location was great for my taste. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the Cornavin station with 10 minutes. I would definitely come here again. Thanks to my luck people in my room were also kind. Thanks for everything.

The interior is very nice and rooms are very clean too. Very comfortable and clean beds. The hotel even gave me a free pass for transport in Geneva. The reception is open 24/7 and friendly staff.

You have to bring your own lock for lockers or buy it at the reception for 5 euros. The lockers don't have it and you can't close them without the lock.
