Hotel Adriatica

Very clean & spacious rooms, a balcony was a nice bonus and enjoyed having a fridge in the room especially as we like to make a cup of tea in the morning.

Car parking was expensive but it was in a very secure garage. If I had realised that the hotel was across the road from a major hospital, thus sirens all night which is beyond the hotel's ability to control, I may have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Quality- price very valuable.

The carpet should be changed in the main room.

The hotel is located nearby the university hospital, the cause of my visit. The personal is extremely traditional in service and effectiveness. The room is large, with an excellent bed and all amenities are provided. However, the classical ceiling chandeliers are not for the tall people of today (I physically touched them without any effort), and especially the bathroom needs to be serviced and updated as broken tiles and poorly working water taps aren't classical or unique, but just worn out...

I was staying in the hotel Adriatica from 29.8 to 1.9.23. The room was booked and paid in advance. When checking into a hotel, they reserve a certain amount on a credit card. There were no problems when checking out the hotel. I didn't take anything from the minibar. After I had come back home, I discovered that the hotel charged another 152 euros from my credit card. The receipt does not indicate what the money was taken for. I called the hotel but they say I took something from the minibar. That cannot be proven or disproved!!? 152 euros for minibar? But that's not true anyway. THIS IS A FRAUD. I know absolutely for sure that I didn’t take anything. But I still haven't received my money back. I travel a lot and I have never had such problems. I think I'm not the first person to be treated like this at a hotel. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY - don't go to this hotel. THERE ARE SCAMMERS WORKING THERE, BEWARE!!

Bed was very nice, hotel staff from reception to breakfast were very nice and helpful. They added a big plus
