El tamaño de la habitación y en parte su limpieza

Se escuchan las habitaciones contiguas.. Hoy en día la sensación de seguridad es importante y lo mínimo seria validar a las personas que van llegando y no que solo las dejen pasar por nombrar el número de habitación donde supuestamente se están quedando..las toallas las cambian pero huelen mal (ni idea en que las ponen a secar o si realmente las cambian por otras limpias)

Me gustó el desayuno, a pesar que era simple, era bien contundente, la cama era cómoda y tenía dos almohadas bien cómodas

No me gustó que no me hicieran el aseo de la pieza, salimos y cuando regresamos no habían hecho el aseo. Además no teníamos control del portón entonces debíamos avisar cuando salíamos y bajarnos y subirnos para entrar en la noche. No tenía ascensor ni jabón líquido en la ducha, el aire acondicionado se demoraba mucho en enfriar o en calentar la pieza. Todo lo demás estuvo bien

podría mejor la calidad de la cama, sentí un resorte, además podrían colocar té en la habitación ya que tiene un hervidor
