Nothing to complain. Love the philipino guy that handle the reception. Very helpful and nice person. Keep it up. The place also well clean and complete with the washing machine.

L'endroit est très calme.

style pensionnat, mais rien à redire !

La première impression de la chambre est très simple et basique, mais tout est là, mais on a l'impression que tout est vieillot, presque avec du charme.

Horrible, je n'ai pas envie d'accabler le responsable qui avait l'air sympa, mais on est très loin d'un hotel, même une étoile : lavabo cassé, douche sale, avec de la moisissure, et plomberie cassée,couette trouée, chambre pas du tout insonorisée (personnel qui crie dans les couloirs à 6h du matin, puis de nouveau à 8h), petit déjeuner horrible.

Attractive location

I arrived on foot in a thunderstorm, walked up what appeared to be the entrance towards some glass doors behind which was visble the whole ground floor including the reception. Soaking wet I banged on the doors and two employees appeared and a man from reception a liitle later; they all waved their arms and pointed towards a wall and went away. I had no idea what they meant . So I went on banging on the doors and eventually the receptionist reappeared and got hold of some keys and let me in. He asked what I wanted. Difficult to see wny else than having a reservation I would be trying to get in. The room stank of someone having smoked in it. The promised kitchenette had one microwave and one kettle.

We were travelling for work, had a professional workshop at the WHO headquarters. The John Knox International Centre is very well placed for venues placed in international organisations which dot the region. Easy bus ride from and to the airport. Bus 59 was a ten minute ride, right to the building. On the way back we got the bus 5 from near WHO headquarters. Breakfast is basic. Facilities are clean. I took my own travel kettle. Food options are a bit of a walk away. There is a microwave in the common area but no utensils. For Geneva, the prices are okay. I don't think I would choose this for exploring Geneva as such, but for reasonable accommodation near WHO headquarters, it is unbeatable.

房间是半地下室，阴暗且潮湿。床单有破损，有小块的血迹和油脂，很恶心。房间里有很多昆虫。几乎没有信号，我需要刷新很多次才能打开网页。洗衣房很脏，并且只有一个洗衣机，我在前台支付了洗衣的费用之后，排队直到深夜也没能用上洗衣机。房间里的所有设施都很旧。交通非常不方便
