Good location and friendly staff
Lift broke down. I had to carry 3 heavy baggages single-handedly up the stairs. No concerige was there to assist. It was inconvenient for my mum (in her 80s) too. Sound-proof is not good. Could hear audible karaoke singing. Need to beef up the security system at the main access doors. Otherwise, anyone could just walk-in easily without an access card.

I stayed in first floor under room number 101 which near to next hotel lobby . The resident of the next hotel talked very loudly in the lobby which caused a disturbance for our sleeping.

The location is the best - surrounded by eatery, desserts, banks facilities Staff is friendly and exceeded my expectation.
I was staying at the GF (non-window room). Sound proof was not up to expectation - some how I heard vacuum cleaning progress at almost midnight. I can hear people walking at the corridor and open/shut the door clearly.
