Great location within a mall complex with tons of food options. Comfortable rooms with all of the amenities you would expect. Solid choice if you are visiting Tawau or stopping over on your way to Semporna or a rainforest excursion.

The location is great and located around many restaurants and cafes. The food is not a problem. The room is accessible by a key code which makes the security much more tighter but guest need to remember the combination access numbers. The decoration inside the room is great and modern. The mattress and pillows are great and comfortable.

Each floor they only got one iron. It is the best if they can put one iron in a common area per floor so that everyone in the same floor can use the iron equally. If one guest bring the iron inside his/her room and did not put the iron back in the public space, it will be troublesome for other guests who is need to use the iron. The iron board also not that stable.

The location is great, surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarket.

No TV channel in the TV, the floor are dusty. No mineral water top up for my 2nd day stay. The balcony door is unable to lock, they blocked it using a piece of wood at the sliding door. Feel unsafe with the balcony, unable to lock and it is directly connect to the next door's balcony.. actually this is a long walkway/corridor outside the room at 1st floor, not a balcony actually.
