Nearby town and easy moving

1. Water heater not function 2. No provide electric kettle, glass, coffee or tea at room (need to going down to take it) 3. The surface of iron provide is not clean still stacking cotton (burning) 4. No board for iron use provide 5. Soap provide is bad smell and low quality

The location was good.

The bathroom door and the aircond are not cold enough despite in 16 C.

Well, you get what you pay for in places like these. Stayed one night, it was just about satisfactory. Towels and linen smelt washed but were a bit tired with holes and looked a bit grey. Rooms are small and we opted for windowless as were not going to be spending long in them, but it is a little depressing with no sunlight.

Nothing is exactly clean. Floor was apparently mopped in 2 out of 4 bedrooms we booked, other 2 were dusty. Tiles in shower could do with a proper wipe down, limescale around tap faucets, found other people's hair in various places.
