Todo, la ubicación muy buena ,el personal muy atento y amable ,nos ayudaron en todo ,nos ofrecieron excursiones con muy buena calidad-precio, fue una experiencia muy buena

The location of the hotel is great, where we could see amazing view of hot air balloon and Goreme night life, especially from the rooftop, and it is near center and bus station, which is really convenient. Staff there are kind, nice and hospitable, so we could communicate with each other easily and happily. Facilities are complete which could meet our requirements.

Room temperature is low during night, particularly during winter, even though there is an air conditioner. Hence, I recommend it would be better if they could turn on radiator at night providing warm rooms for customers to stay more comfortable. In addition, it is suggested to inform customers in advance about the reception location which is located at another hotel nearby, otherwise, customers would be confused when we arrive there and could not find the reception.

L'accueil etait chaleureux et la tranquilite du sejour appreciable. La chambre etait immense et bien amenagee ; on pouvait aussi se detendre dans un petit espace jardin devant la chambre. Petit dejeuner extremement varie, avec des produits frais et une vue magnifique sur la ville haute de Goreme. Vaste et confortable chambre, unique dans son originalite.

L'humidite qui suintait des murs et du plafond, par endroits, (mais il s'agissait d'une chambre creusee dans la pierre), qui rendait l'ambiance de la chambre un peu desagreable.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und äußerst sauber. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und rund um die Uhr hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral; die Hauptstraße erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Weg zum Hotel ist jedoch etwas steiler – dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Bausubstanz fällt gelegentlich etwas Sand von der Decke auf den Boden bzw. auf die Betten, was jedoch bei dieser Art Bauweise normal ist und uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Die Treppen zur Dachterrasse so wie die Dachterrasse selbst sind etwas älter.

Staff molto gentile, pronto ad aiutare e dare consigli. Abbiamo prenotato varie attività tramite loro ed è andata molto bene.

Staff were helpful. Excellent location. Room was warm and breakfast buffet displayed a good variety.

The only drawback was that some of the staff hardly speak any other languages other than Turkish, which was rather a communication disability
