Our stay at Cratus Stone Palace was absolutely amazing. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a truly authentic Turkish experience with exceptional service throughout our stay. What truly made the experience outstanding, however, was the receptionist, Seyied. He went above and beyond to help us with arranging day trips, preparing lunchboxes, and organizing our departure transportation. Most importantly, his genuine enthusiasm, kindness, and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and truly elevated our entire stay. We would highly recommend Cratus Stone Palace to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin. Tout était irréprochable : l’accueil, le service, la propreté, l’ambiance… on s’est sentis vraiment choyés pendant tout le séjour. Un immense merci surtout à Seyid, qui a été exceptionnel avec nous. D’une gentillesse rare, toujours attentionné, souriant et d’une pureté de cœur incroyable. Des personnes comme lui rendent une expérience encore plus spéciale et inoubliable. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour ce magnifique séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

I stayed at the Cratus Stone Palace and it was truly an outstanding experience. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in Göreme. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food. The rooftop was absolutely breathtaking, offering a perfect view of the hot air balloons at sunrise — a magical and unforgettable experience. What impressed me even more was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and luxurious stay. The reception was perfect as well. I would especially like to thank Seyid at the reception for his warm welcome and kindness. The staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel manager for their kindness, cooperation, and professionalism throughout our stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and if I ever return to Göreme, I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.
