Quite, Spacious room, Comfy bed.

Staff not welcoming. The reception staff is tricky especially in rate.

The room was very neat especially the bathroom. The staff was very Good. Hot water was available for 24 hours. Worth for money !

The Restaurant is still under maintenance.

The hotel is the only good one in the area, it has huge balconies, and the rooms were good size. The bathrooms need to be upgraded with proper drainage, as water collects in the shower area. The lobby and outside area on each floor faces the mountains, and give a splendid view if seated outside. Plenty of parking was also available for our car and driver. The only reason we were in Idukki at that time was to see the Idukki Dam, and as we had arrived late, we could only see it in the morning next day. The place is a very small country town, and is very friendly to visitors.

The hotel did not have a restaurant, which is much needed in the area. We probably visited in an off season time in February, so maybe it was closed. We were informed that a new owner was sought for the restaurant management.
