Location is great even though road to the property is not good.You will get beautiful view of dam reservoir from the property.

I ve stayed in the same property in 2021. This property,was previously known as Laurel Heights and management was different.My previous experience was pleasant, with great food and service. However, the new management has brought significant changes, and unfortunately, they are all for the worse. The dinner we had was not only expensive but also pathetic. The quality of food was subpar. This experience was so disappointing that we decided to skip breakfast at the property altogether. To make matters worse, the property suffered from continuous power failures, and there was no one at the front desk to operate the generator. This lack of basic amenities and poor management made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve the quality of food, service, and amenities. Until then, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Libin & Sambart both are very nice persons . And customer service is very good. Nice and clean room service . Very tasty food . We are very happy for this property.

The place location is awesome, and the staff are really professionals. They provide quality and tasty food too. Thanking all the staff like samrat and others for making our stay more comfortable.

This is a great property. One of the best views you get anywhere in Kerala. Underrated and the food's decent as well. Worth the price. Especially the Superior double room. Solid view with ample space.
