The view from the balcony is awesome. Food is also good

The electricity in our room was not reliable and turned off really often. The road to the hotel is quite bumpy and the next restaurants etc. are pretty far away.

It was an amazing place to hang out with family or friends and the view in the front of the rooms were mind blowing. Very beautiful serenity one can experience in front of the resort

Amazing location.

Room was too small. Not worth the money you are paying. We ordered ghee rice and had the worst food we ever had.

"Laurel Heights is a must visit!"

Very clean and very well maintained. Courteous and professional staff - big shoutout to Mr.Don, Mr.Jibin and the wonderful chef(couldn’t recollect his name). Had the opportunity to meet owners (partners - James sir, Johnson sir, Dominic sir and Joy sir) who were friendly and made the place feel like home. And food - price was reasonable and you will not get homely/safe food anywhere in 5-10km range (Of-course you came for a tryst with nature, right?). Road to the property from NH185 is a bit rough, but nothing your car can’t traverse. Eventually, heavenly feeling you are about to experience is well worth for this small hardship. Now coming to the place as such - Balcony and Bonfire place offers you scenic spots to just chill out and relax. Big bonus (thanks to Johnson sir) - Walk outside the perimeter of property and get breathtaking views of Periyar, atop the rock formation there. All the places you need to see in Idukki are very well accessible from the property. Laurel Heights is a must visit!
