Modern, clean room; central location in Trevi accesible by car.

I have no doubt that this Albergo is a wonderful spot to stay in Trevi in season, but in early December the staff were not willing to provide much of a guest experience. We left after our first sleepless night and attempt at eating in the restaurant. The hotel appeared largely empty, but the room in which we were placed, 6, was above the kitchen and below an apartment with very little soundproofing. Shoes clacking back and forth kept us up until 1AM. The receptionist told us to please seat ourselves in the (empty) restaurant for dinner, but after being brought a water we waited ten minutes to order until we got up, rounded the corner, and found the server on her cell phone. We decided to eat elsewhere. Upon being informed that we would be leaving the following morning to seek other accommodations, the receptionist’s only comment was that we would be charged for all three nights.
