Hotel Victoria

The owners were very hospitable and friendly people. It felt like home away from home. Exceeded all expectations.The room for 3 people was very spacious and the food was excellent. On top of that a ski hire shop was next door and the main silveretta ski lift was literally 5 minutes walk away from hotel. Oh yes and the hotel is situated in a,quieter area of Ishgl , so we got a good night's sleep.

We stayed half board and always had a good choice and the right quantities for our 5 course evening meals. We enjoyed all our meals here during our week long stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The restaurant staff were cheerful and attentive. We took advantage of the Silvretta Pass which was free and gave us access to the buses and ski lifts in the valley. The pass was one of the reasons we chose this hotel and it gave us the chance to enjoy some fabulous walks among stunning scenery.

It would have been easier to check in if the had been a more fluent English speaker at reception. We had no other language problems during our stay. Be aware that if you come for cake in the afternoon (which is included) you will be asked to pay for your tea or coffee.

Superb hotel. Great restaurant! We had half board accommodation and the experience was incredible every dinner.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, our room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.
