Nice place and nice people Very nice breakfast

Probably the best private room hostel I have stayed in, felt more like a hotel. The room was top. The hostel pool and garden area are very nice.

It was very very quiet, no one else was really there so as a solo traveller I had to go to other hostels to meet people. Also the staff were helpful but I wouldn’t say friendly at all.

The community areas were beautiful (garden, pool, lounge) breakfast was also delicious and staff was really friendly. The whole felt really nice . They provided bikes for free (quality was not super good but was free)

In the evening after 10pm there was a loud machine noise, which was disturbing/annoying. There were no mosquito nets on the windows. Also interesting experience that there was no door on the bathroom.

Staff were amazing, Fernando went above and beyond to help me out when I had left my passport behind. But was accessible through WhatsApp and had great recommendations for rentals and sites to visit. The place itself is super clean, staff are helpful, breakfast was good and the pool was nice as well. A must stay in Tulum for sure.
