Le petit déjeuné est excellent. Les espaces communs sont au top, bon équipement pour se faire à manger. Le personnel est très aimable.

L’insonorisation et la literie ne sont vraiment pas top…

Endroit très calme , qui fait un bien fou apres une journee sur tulum . Piscine et lieu de vie très bien décoré . Cuisine collective pratique . Ambiance cool tres agréable avec super play list musicale

The hotel had such a relaxing ambience and the staff and the owner were all so lovely, they really made you feel welcome, and were all happy to help and advise you on any recommendations. The breakfast was also a great start to the day and the location was good, easy access to lots of bars and restaurants and close to the collectivo stop to get to the beach

Awesome spot! We loved the chill vibe, food, room, and neighborhood. We booked a private room and everything was very clean and comfy. The bikes were an added bonus and allowed to us to easily get to the ruins/beach in 10 minutes. We look forward to coming back to Tulum for longer next time!

We enjoyed the oasis feeling, many plants and a relaxed atmosphere. Very very very friendly and helpful people there. Free bikes to go around.

Noise from the street/trucks. No blinds at the window. Not a sound proof door at the room. Few bikes needed reparations.
