Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das zimmer sauber, frühstück klein aber fein :)

Viel zu kleine dusche, der lattenrost ist immer wieder auseinander gefallen, sehr alte einrichtung.

Ausgesprochen Nettes Personal im dazu gehörenden Hotel Madeleine, Hilfsbereitschaft von Receptionistin bis zum Chef. Alles was wichtig ist, ist fußläufig erreichbar

Das Chalet ist nicht mehr ganz jung und beim Frühstück muss man ein wenig zusammenrücken

Kein Ansprechpartner im Haus. Aus Beschreibung auf booking ist nicht ersichtlich, welch enormer Unterschied zwischen Hotel und Chalet Madlein ist. In meiner Wahrnehmung: Irreführung des Gastes!!
