Property is very well located & comfortable

It’s a little noisy from traffic at night

Great location for lift passes for snowboarding Reception staff very helpful and kind Plus added bonus of accessing the sister hotels spa

Male breakfast host was inattentive and appeared not to want to be at work Room could have been cleaner when cleaned

Great hotel well situated and a shirt walk to the lift. The whole resort is very accessible by walking. Chalet Madelein was very good value for money compared to the more expensive hotels and you can use the Hotel Madalein Spa in their sister hotel.

The two staff members I saw just the morning were very friendly.

Rooms were very out of date, needed updating and very small even for a one bedroom apartment. Very loud appliances. Breakfast was subpar. Minimal amenities.

Location was nice. Apartment was spacious - nice spa area at the mother hotel.

No service at front desk - it was like a managed appartement. The advertised sauna was never switched on. Vending machines were out of order.
