Jai Villa - A Boutique Hotel

The rooms were clean and tidy . Wash rooms and toilets were clean . The staff behavior was excellent. Breakfast is with limited variety but tasty and healthy . They provided the choice dinner as per our requirement . We enjoyed the homely food .

The location . Crowded place . Sourroundings were not so tidy . The bath towels used are bit older and need to change

The rooms are good, very comfortable. All of the staff are extremely helpful, and the owner is hands on and happy to help too. The breakfast is simple but we really enjoyed it. While a short way from the pink city area itself we had no issues getting Tuk Tuks using uber for short journeys, and for longer journeys the hotel can arrange a Tuk Tuk for you. They arranged one for us to go to Amber Fort and some other places out of town, and we were very happy with the driver they provided (Mohammad Aslam). Excellent English, showed us a couple of extra places which were worth visiting, and was not pushy about going to factories/shops/restaurants (though gave us the option).

We had an odd issue with the WiFi - most major sites/apps worked but not everything. However as far as we're aware we were unlucky as no other guests had a problem, and the staff were happy to arrange workarounds for us (hotspotting off their phone etc.)

Very new place with nice, bright rooms and comfy beds. Good shower, too. Cleanliness was top. The location was good, easy to visit all the important places in Jaipur. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant is nice. Good electrical installation with many lamps, plenty of power outlets, and a strong fan in the bathroom.

The WiFi did not work well, sometimes multiple interrupts per minute. Please fix this! While the marble floor in the room was nice and clean, it can feel cold in the winter - maybe provide some small carpets or similar. Breakfast was okayish but not more. On some mornings, there were a few buffet items - on others, we could order from a small selection of things. Not all menu items were available on the dinner menu (e.g., there was no naan).

The staff were very very helpful. It was very clean and nice views.

The only thing was, there were no restaurants in quick walking distance.
