"I will not stay at this place again."

The receptionist’s behavior was extremely bad. I was talking to him while he had his feet up on the desk, and there was a large distance between us. He used his personal phone to take pictures of our IDs for check-in. The room had a very bad smell. The room was completely different from the pictures.

Posizione. Parcheggio e comodità ai servizi, personale gentile.

Avevamo chiesto la culla , non ci è stata data alla prima notte costringendoci a dormire con la piccola nel lettone, inoltre la camera aveva della muffa sul soffitto del bagno, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e il secondo giorno ce l’hanno cambiata, e ci hanno dato anche la culla. Inoltre la camera dataci il primo giorno era palesemente di qualità inferiore rispetto a quella che ci hanno dato dopo la lamentela . Per scusarsi ci hanno comunque offerto la colazione entrambi i giorni .

Ottimo hotel comodo Nella zona per i mezzi pubblici e altri servizi.

Non c'è divisione parcheggi hotel è ristorante se il ristorante è pieno non c'è parcheggio.
