A bit noisy

They don't accept a credit card 🙁 .

The room was super clean and renovated. Our room was quite small, but we expected that due to the description at booking. There are several types of breakfast, but we were ok with that as we were in Tuzla just for a weekend, all dishes were very tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the common area. The people were very nice! Thank you very much!

An overall great experience due to a combination of the great staff, tasty food, location, and room. I’ve been on the road bicycling through Europe for about ten weeks now and staying in a different hotel every night or every other night. This place stands out as one of the best stays I’ve had in that time.

Unfortunately due to the really bad car accident in mountains (not us) we have arrived very late and need to leave very early, we notified the host. And she went above and beyond in hospitality, was extraordinary supportive, understanding and provided us incredible breakfast to-go upon our wishes and the room exceeded all of our expectations, even though it was the smallest room of all. We were fascinated by service, kindness and empathy to the uncomfortable situation! We would definitely come again and stay at this Pansion!!! Thank you so much - we would never forge it!

Convenient location, just at the beginning of the city center and within walking distance to bus / railway stations. We were met by hostess Amina, she explained us everything about our stay, and helped to arrange with taxi to airport, thank you! We found the system of breakfast interesting: guests select it from different options, mark at the paper, time to deliver and the employee of the bakery from the first floor (the Pansion and the bakery are one big family business, as we understood) brings what you have chosen and at the selected time. The breakfasts itself had freshly bakery (obviously haha), were a good size and tasty, while didn't have a lot of vegetables though. Room was clean and bright. It's possible to pay in euro (cash only btw).

We faced with some smell from the sink in bathroom, turned on hood didn't really help. Bathroom is tiny, there are no shelf for cosmetics inside shower cabin. Basic room service between nights: the room was swept, but the floor was not washed.
