The hotel is in heart of the city, so all tourists places are reachable easily in 5-35 minutes.

Nothing- this is not a hotel with good room service or cordial staffs. Definitely not value for the money.

Comfy bed, nicely furnished bedroom

Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. We asked to do laundry on the first night we stayed and they said it would cost 1200INR which seems massively expensive, but we agreed. They said it would be ready within 24 hours. It wasn't, and we didn't get it back until over 2 days later, and actually had to delay leaving the hotel to wait for the washing. Upon return, it wasn't all dry and some items hadn't even been washed! The staff were very unhelpful and unapologetic, and laughed when we asked about it, when we really needed our clothes back. Secondly, the bathroom was very bad smell - they need to do something about it. Lastly, we went out for breakfast and came back to dirty smelly water having sprayed in through the open windows (see picture). It was all over the bed and some of our clean clothes (which we had to immediately clean in our next hotel) . there was no apology whatsoever from the front desk staff for this, couldn't believe it!
