la posizione

tutto: arrivo ore 17 camera non pronta camera freddissima, il riscaldamento parte alle 18 frigo bar vuoto: è un 4 stelle!! colazione solo cibo freddo perché era sabato e la cucina era chiusa la maggior parte di piatti e tazze sporchi!!!
