The staff was very good, from the first 1 hour the person who working in the reception helps a lot for a serious issue. Also everyone was willing to help but the facilities are not so nice. Breakfast was really poor.

Hello, First of all, the receptionist, Harris is a very good and helpful guy. Secondly, the hotel is very near to everywhere in the city: Panonika lake, city center etc. The breakfast is excellent, various and delicious. The room service is very good.

The view from the window of the room was bad because it overlooks relics and deserted old buildings.
