Hotel Ochsen - Self Check-in

The bathroom is new and very nice

At first everything looks good. But there’s now airflow, hot in the room and no vents for the air to change. No Fan. So without an AC you need to open the window. But then you here a dense traffic noice 15 meters away, loud chirch bells ringing until 12PM at least and all the insects come in. A combination of quaranteed sleepless nights. We arrived in the evening and by 12 pm we already wanted to leave. The floor was dusty. No fridge available and I knew that, but at least a kettle would be nice. Small things that matter. And why only one extra deco pillow if the room is for two persons? So now only one can have something between the wall and your back when you’re sitting on the bed since you don’t have anywhere else to sit. On top of all the hotel was under renovation during stay. Luckily we had split the reservation into two and cancelled the second part. Would not come again.

Schön grosses Zimmer, hell und sauber. Die beiden Betten haben gequitscht, jedesmal wenn sich das eine umdrehte, weckte es den anderen auf, sehr schade, wir haben kaum geschlafen. Die Lage ist schlecht, starker Durchgangsverkehr mit grossem Lärm.
