The customer service was exceptional with personalised attention to the general manager, the restaurant staff; Mr Rajkumar, Mr Udaibaan and Mr Deepak.

The room was excessively spacious. The room will be most relevant who like space. The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the guards. They keep our belonging from ground to room and room to cab until we sit. Thanks to their company.

I find hotel rooms with ample space unsettling as they evoke feelings of loneliness and isolation. A cozy environment feels more welcoming and comforting to me, fostering a sense of warmth and companionship during my stay. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. You have to open the door of the bathroom if smell stinky there. One more thing is the breakfast. Breakfast was good but we were calling the staff to serve curd, juice and coffee. You can order these things if you want. They will provide you. Finally, the price of the room. The cost of stay was not justified. I also live in another hotels and home stay in Jaipur. They were cheaper than this. I invest 6700 approx in two days stay there while I was in three days for the same amount and stay at other was amazing.

Location is in New Jaipur which is a bit far from attractions once you hit traffic. Surroundings are in safer area with younger crowd

Cleanliness and staff friendliness stood out. The staff in particular always tried to please the customers.

Room appeared to be damp, not sure whether it was just the weather or the hotel could have done something more. Food choices are limited though on the positive side, it's made to order and hence fresh. Bed though good, didn't give the impression of 'crispness'.
