Equipe atenciosa e muito prestativa. Comida saborosa no restaurante, muito bem localizado. Excelente opção de hospedagem.

A água no chuveiro pode ser um pouco mais forte, mas é só um detalhe mínimo. O hotel é muito bom e vale a estadia.

Clean Poor maintenance, horrible shower, no hot water Towels are not changed, there is no shampoo, no wardrobe, no refrigerator, no TV.

expensive restaurant, very few amenities in the room, expensive for the facilities provided.

Superficially well presented.

Poor service, not ready for our arrival- no hot water, no towels, cups. Only one towel for 2 rooms! Had to wait over 2 hours while they tried to fix it!, even after that the towels they sent were dirty! No breakfast at all the next morning, had to leave without even a hot drink at 10am and still breakfast hadn’t materialised! Manager refused to offer an appropriate compensation and said that was up to Booking.com?

The staff at Mahal Khandela were very kind and helpful to me as a solo woman traveller. Special thanks to Kasheen, who was always friendly and attentive. I found the atmosphere of the heritage building delightful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There were some electrical maintenance issues in my room, e.g. jug not working, fan speed knob broken, bathroom light could not be turned off.
