Accueil réception cordialement et courtois sauf par le préposé du 19/04 matin ou la réponse à notre « bonjour » n’est pas de rigueur 😱 Accueil et Service restaurant parfait. Tenue des chambres et couloirs très propres. Emplacement magnifique au cœur du parc et du centre-ville.

La saleté de la roulante utilisée pour nous servir notre petit déjeuner en chambre 😱

Très bon service. Chambre tres grande, propre, confortable. Problème pour se garer proche de l'hôtel.

Déçue par le petit déjeuner : très peu de choix, salade de fruits de conserve, œufs brouillés de la veille (verts !), les pancakes viennent du supermarché ... 16€ pour un petit déjeuner qui en vaut à peine 9 !

Top, bien situé ! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable avec un balcon. Génial !! Le lit est très confortable et grand. C'est propre. Petit déj très bon bon. Établissement qui accepte les chiens, c'est un gros plus ! Merci !!

L'impossibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner hors formule buffet. Les taches sur la moquette de la chambre et les fauteuils.

"Grand old hotel, needs some investment."

gr great location in centre of Vichy, helpful reception. unusual bar, more like an old gentleman's club in London.

I would have expected a hotel of this size and standing to have a restaurant, parking a bit of a nightmare, on street meter parking, if you can find anything nearby, good luck. Hotel room access system is a nightmare, the card takes up to 20 strikes, Reception even has a model which the hapless receptionist will demonstrate.
