La situation géographique à côté de l'opéra. L'ambiance d'un voyage dans le temps. Personnel très attentif.

Même si j'apprécie énormément que l'hôtel est le dernier "palace" dans son apparence originale et totalement "dans son jus", on trouve que l'entretien de certains aspects des huisseries pourrait être mieux , comme les volets roulants coincés ou la peinture écaillée des fenêtres.

Emplacement en plein centre ville en face du palais des congrès et pourtant un calme olympien jour comme nuit. Chambre très spacieuse et bien équipée.

The reception space was very beautiful with a cute decoration and an old classy style. Same for the staircase. And the location is really perfect.

The room was big but without any decoration... some stain on the floor, the only space where we could see the outdoor was so dirty with bird shit and stuff, the carpet wasn't that clean and it was old (which was the main point of this hotel) but dirty and not maintained old.
